“Red Solo cup is the best receptacle for barbecues, tailgates, fairs, and festivals. And you, sir, do not have a pair of testicles if you prefer drinking from a glass.” The tune’s admirably forthright chorus: “I love you, red Solo cup. I fill you up. Proceed to party. Proceed to party.”
Toby Keith's hit new song, “Red Solo Cup,” isn’t some allusion to a redhead lost love. No, the “Red Solo Cup” song is just about the favorite party cup seen at nearly every high school social, college keg party and BBQ across the country.
The song, while catchy, sounds like one long commercial for the Solo Cup Company. However, it turns out that Keith just really likes the product! According to NPR, this song was not the idea of some marketing whiz, but just a song that started as kind of a joke and turned into a hit.
A big hit for the Solo Company as they explore a possible upcoming sale.
@@@I’ve certainly thought about this, but I think one needs to distinguish the secularized Christian *moral* strain in progressive politics from a leftist politics based in class consciousness. Don’t wait to have a lot, to share a bit.Because you don’t know how long it will take.
